Our home warranty company is who assigned Speedy to replace our furnace

To say it was a nightmare is an understatement. Derek was beyond helpful staying in contact with us, as well as contacting the home warranty company to see what was taking so long. When we FINALLY got the ok to move forward, he let us know that he got what he needed and set an appointment for the next day. When they came to the house, they were very friendly and answered all my questions. They were also very nice to our pups which is a huge plus! :) I highly recommend Speedy for any heating and air needs. I appreciate all the help!!

Derek was a tremendous help in walking me through the process of getting my furnace replaced

Dealing with the warranty company there were many obstacles along the way and Derek was a great help on telling me what was needed next. The technician showed up on time

He had called the day before and I explained that I was not a morning person and gave him instructions. He did as I explained. He came in and began working after introducing himself. He kept me informed of everything he was doing and left his company card when leaving. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs their furnace cleaned or worked on. Great job. I would like to leave a note about Speedy Heating and Air

Our air conditioning went out and we have a home warranty company that contracts with Speedy Heating and Air for the repair. Derek was the bomb for us because he kept us up on the repair process. He made sure we knew what we were in for as far as the price, cost out of pocket, time length of the repair and what repairing looked like.
